libcairo-gobject-perl software package provides integrate Cairo into the Glib type system in Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcairo-gobject-perl
libcairo-gobject-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcairo-gobject-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcairo-gobject-perl *
You will get with libcairo-gobject-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
